Big Dogs of IFL:
This will be a list/leader board broken down into weight categories for the strongest members on IFL. We will use three different lifts, and have a list for each weight class of the 3 strongest members. To enter this list, you have to have a video clip or pictures of yourself repping the weight (for pictures you need to have a picture of the actual repetition, going down, down, coming back up, and up). Weight Classes: Sub 200lbs, 200-250lbs, 250lbs + Lifts: Bench, Squat, Dead Lift ---------------------------------------------------------- Sub 200lb Weight Class Leaders: Bench Press: 1) 2) 3) Squat: 1) LeanMeOut 365lbs x 3 2) 3) Dead Lift: 1) Caferacer 395lbs x 2 2) 3) ---------------------------------------------------------- 200-250lbs Weight Class Leaders: Bench Press: 1) Brutal Strength 425lbs x 6 & 510lbs x 1 2) TRLS63 315lbs x 2 3) Squat: 1) rugbyking 500lbs x 4 2) CaptAmera9 500lbs x 1 3) Dead Lift: 1) rugbyking 530lbs x 1 2) TRLS63 495lbs x 4 3) Lattimer 475lbs x 1 ---------------------------------------------------------- 250lbs + Weight Class Leaders: Bench Press: 1) MisterFurious 510 x 1 2) 3) Squat: 1) 2) 3) Dead Lift: 1) casanova33 - 570lbs 2) 3) |

Pre adderall..... I was 190, 315 2x on bench..... and squat.... wow not much...365 for 3? and I just do stiff legged deads to the top of my shoes.... 275 for 5.....
Now I have no idea.... a lot less..... Ill get it back and post up with some real info ![]() now Im around 184 and a lot weaker.... ![]() |
