Like a pump but not a pump.

Was an internal, sub-deltoid pump.

Can one get a rotator cuff pump?

That's the best description i can find.

I just finished doing these for two weeks.....really helped with my shoulder problem...at 1st after about 25 reps I was swearing this thread... but sucked it up for 50 reps.. I will def keep these in my training routine..thanxxx
