Those look like some amazing Multi's , hell they even have green tea exctract in EGCG form. If you really wanted too, you can invest in those multi's and whey with some fish oil, I would see no reason to need anything else for your supplements unless you wanted to get some creatine or something.

bumping an old thread, but Mallet turned me on to LEF and Ive been using thier mixed tabs ever since. I buy 4 bottles each time. Like Swellin said, when I run out and Im off for a week or so, I just dont feel good. Best vitamins Ive ever used
