I have been lifting weights seriously since age 17. It began as a means to train for sports, and started out with heavy, basic powerlifting training, but after a while I found and joined a gym that Tony Pearson (dating myself with this one as one of those 70's guys), Shelly Gruwell, and some other successful bodybuilders trained at. Many years later Ken "Flex" Wheeler joined the crowd too. They took me under wing, and I was soon hooked. I have been lifting seriously ever since.

I competed naturally for actually some time, but after getting to a point where hard, heavy lifting and abundant eating failed to continue to give me gains, I turned to AAS and peptide use. Now at 43, I still train 5 days a week at the local gym, and now being soundly an “old fart”, I use things like HGH, etc. for both bodybuilding and anti-aging purposes. I have the goal in mind of staying big, active, and healthy into a ripe old age.

While I am an “old timer” in the world of weight-lifting, I have only in very recent years discovered the world of internet forums. A person I train actually brought up something in a conversation, asking about something they had heard on a forum that peaked my interest. I began dabbling around, and was overjoyed to find such a gathering of people that share my interest in lifting and bodybuilding. I went from being on one forum (AR) to a staggering number of forums by invitation and common members (where I soon learned it is impossible to keep up with more than a couple of boards), and now back to actively posting on the boards I am a moderator at (IronForLife, AnabolicMonsterz, TheIronCorps).

I have an extensive background in medical/technical research and was a career University student for about 12 years. I use that background as a base to experiment on myself and my close circle of friends (aka guinea pigs). Advice from me is typically based on my experiences and experimentation.

I work, teach, and train, but I can be found on the boards most of time thanks to the state of technology and my wireless iPaq, wireless laptops, and my various desktops in my offices. I am always willing to help by offering advice or answering questions, from beginning beginners to pro level bb’s, I am never to busy to lend an ear via thread or pm.
