I could see a couple of reasonable ways to tackle T4. One way would be to take between 60 - 100mcgs per day throughout your HGH cycle. At those doses, you really shouldn't have any troubles.

If you are also on some form of a cycle, then you could consider running your T4 doses higher for several weeks at a time. I wouldn't do this unless you are on a cycle sufficient enough to protect lean tissue. Thyroid is very non-discriminate in its burning fuel. Muscle proteins are easy, ready, fuel and in the absence of something to protect it, you will end up losing a lot of scale weight, but much of it will be hard earned muscle. At the lower doses we usually talk about with HGH, it shouldn't be a big issue.

In general terms, if you look at the examples of a T3 cycle and multiply the doses by 4, and add in some thyroid support vitamins and minerals, you pretty much have the makings of a good T4 cycle.

Hope this helps. Best of luck.
