great post bro my question is what would be a good dose of t3 for a month on month off through the 8 month cycle i was figuring 25mcg's whatcha think

The dose would be just fine. I usually run 12.5mcgs through my whole cycle. Running 12.5 - 25 mcgs works well for most people. At these doses you are aiding in protein synthesis without increasing IGFBP's significantly.

Thanks bro! It took a good amount of time to write. I read through about 79 pages worth of studies and medical journals I get, then combined that with a lot of the notes I have made and questions I have had from people over the last year or so and then wrote this guide up.

I tried to keep it as reader friendly as possible while still making it complete enough to be of some value. Hopefully I was reasonably successful in the effort. I am working on some more for the other peptides and for cycles using all of them in conjunction. As soon as I finish getting them written and then go back and edit it for length and such, I will post them too.
