Eat more, duh. Try to aim for at least 3,000 calories a day consisting of meats, dairy, complex carbs, fish, nuts, and the like. This is what I do to gain weight (especially for muscle) I'm 5'10 180 and in the middle of a bulking cycle. If you are still ahving problems gaining weight after you are sure you are eating around 3,000 - 3,500 calories, buy weightgainer supplements to go along with any other supplements you take. Make sure to keep your Protein intake high (Around 150-200 grams a day for you) and your carbohydrate intake high with a moderate fat intake.
