I couldn't function with that much pain medicine, I would be a zombie! I've been doing physical therapy 2 times a week. I think it's a waste of money, it's what the doctor wants me to do though. Some of the shit the want me to do is the same shit I do every time I stretch before I work out. I've seen 2 different therapist one told me I was over weight the other one told me I was fine. The same one that told me I was over weight had told me to stay out of the gym before I do anymore damage. The other guy told me as far as being in the gym their couldn't be anything better for me. As for as what exercises to do, he said he couldn't decided that. The only was to tell is to try them and obviously if they hurt when you do them then don't do it anymore.
