Contest History: When/Why Started Training: 1997. To improve my fitness & shape. Physique Most Admired (British Bodybuilder): Dorian Yates, John Hodgson, Flex Lewis, Paul George & Phil Carlon Physique Most Admired (Foreign Bodybuilder): Frank Zane, Shawn Ray, Lee Priest, Troy Alves, Victor Martinez & Kris Dim Favourite Body Parts: Shoulders, Back & Traps Least Favourite Body Part: Biceps Weak Points in Physique: Biceps and Quads Favourite Exercises: Deadlift, Barbell Row, Squats & Dumbell Press Least Favourite Exercises: Barbell Curls or Bench Press Off Season Training: mon - chest & arms, wed - shoulders, calves & abs, fri - back & arms, sun - legs & abs + 15mins cardio with every session Pre Contest Training: Same as off-season - just higher intensity with much shorter rest periods between sets. Cardio 20-30 mins every morning & workout. Favourite Cheat Meal/Foods: Oats with chopped Walnuts, Banana & Vanilla Whey Protein (when dieting). Off season - Pizza, any Mexican food or Carrot Cake! Short/Long Term Contest Plans: To continue to improve on my physique and to compete at the British Finals under 70kgs. Years in training: 10 years Years of competing: 6 years
