Favourite Exercises: Deadlift, Barbell Row, Squats & Dumbell Press

Off Season Training: mon - chest & arms, wed - shoulders, calves & abs, fri - back & arms, sun - legs & abs + 15mins cardio with every session

Pre Contest Training: Same as off-season - just higher intensity with much shorter rest periods between sets. Cardio 20-30 mins every morning & workout.

Favourite Cheat Meal/Foods: Oats with chopped Walnuts, Banana & Vanilla Whey Protein (when dieting). Off season - Pizza, any Mexican food or Carrot Cake!

Short/Long Term Contest Plans: To continue to improve on my physique and to compete at the British Finals under 70kgs.
